Delivery Options:
Wild Earth currently offers four delivery options for customers to choose from based on what is most convenient for you. These options are facilitated through our courier partners; namely Pudo, Paxi and The Courier Guy.

Pudo Lockers:
Pudo is a delivery service that allows you to collect from any of their convenient Pudo locker locations. This is our cheapest delivery option that we currently offer and there are Pudo lockers all across South Africa. These lockers are available 24/7 so you can collect whenever is convenient for you. There’s no need to give out your personal home address, you can simply have Wild Earth sent to a Pudo location near you.

If you choose Pudo as your delivery option it is important that you tell us which Pudo Locker to send your order to. You can see a full map using the link at checkout or using the Pudo website. You then simply tell us the name of your selected Pudo Locker under the "Pudo Locker or Paxi Point" section at checkout.

Paxi via Pep:
Paxi allows you to collect your order from your nearest Paxi point, usually within a Pep store. This option is highly affordable and convenient. There are a number of Paxi points all across South Africa. All you need to collect is your ID and the Paxi pin that is sms'd to you when your order is ready for collection.

If you choose Paxi as your delivery option it is important that you tell us which Paxi Point to send your order to. You can see a full map using the link at checkout or using the Paxi website. You then simply tell us the name of your selected Paxi Point under the "Pudo Locker or Paxi Point" section at checkout.

Doorstep delivery via The Courier Guy:
Our doorstep delivery option is facilitated through The Courier Guy; this is our most convenient option allowing you to get your order without having to leave the comfort of your own couch. Simply make sure your address is accurate at checkout so we know where to deliver to and sit tight as the order is delivered right to your doorstep.

Collection within Cape Town only:
We do also offer customers the option to collect your order from our warehouse in Claremont, Western Cape. For obvious reasons this option is only available for Cape Town based customers. It will usually take us 1 day to process your order and you will get an email when your order is ready for collection.

PLEASE NOTE: Please take note of our operating hours, we are only open Monday to Friday from 9am to 1:30pm.
If you come before we have notified you that your order is ready you will not be able to collect and if you come outside of our operating hours then you will also be turned away.
It is very important to note that we are an online only business and our warehouse is not a shop; you can come collect your orders only but we do not have any shopping facilities or change rooms. There is no showroom, it is a collection point only.
