Returns and Exchanges:

Quality issues:

Wild Earth prides itself on superior quality and on maintaining this quality across all styles. We have an in-house quality controller who subjects every single garment to a full quality inspection before we allow it on our floor.

 

As such we are very confident in our quality and stand behind this quality guarantee. If for whatever reason there is a quality issue that does slip through our inspection process we will offer a 100% replacement, credit or refund.

The process:

  • Please check your order when you receive it to make sure there are no quality issues; we will not accept any returns after 6 months (this is only for factory faults, if we can see that the garment has been damaged from misuse or incorrect sizing we maintain the right to refuse your return request). The sooner you notify us the better.

  • If you find an issues please make contact through the returns form below or through any of our contact channels such as email or Whatsapp.

  • We will then arrange to have the garment collected so that we can get it back and validate the issue. For quality issues we will cover any additional courier costs.

  • Once we have inspected and validated the issue we will organise for a replacement unit to be delivered to you at no extra cost.

  • Should we have no stock of a replacement unit we will issue you a credit or a refund.

  • PLEASE NOTE: should we find that there is no fault with the garment we will have to deduct the collection fees from your refund.

 

Exchanging sizes:

We do measure all of our styles and draw up full size charts for each. These size charts can be found on the product pages under the sizing section. If you require further feedback or sizing recommendations feel free to reach out so that we can make sure you get the right size. We also make mention in product descriptions of how the garments fit, for instance if they run oversized or tight. In other words we try and give you as much information as possible to make an informed purchasing decision.

 

That being said we expect all our customers to consider the size chart when choosing sizes, we do accept exchanges should something not fit however we will charge the customer courier for these exchanges.

  • Please try on your garment as soon as you get it, stock is limited so when it comes to exchanges the sooner you notify us the better. If garments have been damaged we will not accept any exchanges.

  • If you find there is a sizing issue and you need to exchange please make contact through the returns form below or through any of our contact channels such as email or Whatsapp.

  • We will then arrange to have the garment collected so that we can get it back and swop it out.

  • Once we have gotten the garment back and validated that it is still in new condition we will organise for a replacement unit to be delivered to you.

  • Should we have no stock of a replacement unit we will issue you a credit or a refund.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL FIRST SEND AN INVOICE FOR COURIER BEFORE DISPATCHING YOUR REPLACEMENT AS WE DO NOT COVER THE COURIER FOR SIZING EXCHANGES UNLESS YOU FEEL AS THOUGH OUR SIZING INFORMATION WAS NOT ACCURATE.
