Revisiting some of Wild Earth‘s most unique styles:

We are just over half way through 2024 and heading into our summer season; we thought now would be a good time to take a trip down memory lane and revisit some of our more unique styles from the past few months and the inspiration behind them.

Wild Earth Black Dress

The Tropical Rayon Shirt dress:

We launched this style in February of this year; one of our classic shirt dresses but with this specific style we found it worked really well as a jacket as well. The fabric just looked so good with a white tee and jeans and so we decided to style it as both in our shoots. It really did bring so much unique versatility to this piece. The side pockets and cuff details meant it was a perfect jacket but then the fabric belt and button up made for a super classy dress. Launched during the change of seasons this made for a great transitional piece. See below:

The Tropical Bengaline Suit Set:

This is just a wow style; a matching suit but in a stand out fabric. This set featured a pair of our famous bengaline pants but this time with a matching blazer. We loved the idea of a piece that can be dressed up or down and worn together or apart; the idea was you buy one set and you add at least 3 new outfits to your wardrobe. The blazer looks great over jeans or any other smart neutral pants; very well fitting and unique enough on their own to get people looking. The pants are our famous; perfect bengaline pants, stretchy but perfectly fitted which makes them an essential. These two pieces are stunning individually but then you put them together and become the talk of the town. The light colour tones are subtle enough to not be overpowering but the unique print really makes for a one of a kind matching suit that you won’t find anywhere else. We LOVED this set when worn together and you guys did too. Get inspired below:

The Designer Flare Coat:

This piece really epitomizes a designer piece; you can easily picture someone strutting this down the runway. When we designed this we didn’t picture it as an everyday essential but rather a truly one-off WOW piece; the fabric was a stiff textured almost mesh fabric and we then designed it with this massive bow detail. It was conceptual in nature and it really screamed high fashion, you pair it with a super simple outfit and elevate it to something that is just so over the top and extreme.

Wild Earth Gilets:

This year we launched something that we had never done before with a number of different types of gilets. A gilet is a European term for a sleeveless jacket designed to add extra layers of warmth. We just wanted to find simple ways that our customers could add layers of complexity to their outfits to truly elevate their looks. With these you can take a simple monotone outfit and add the gilet to look like you really put a lot of effort into your layering and outfit planning. They are so simple but so effective.

The Wild Earth Cloak:

The Wild Earth Cloak was envisioned as a blanket that you can wear; perfect for those winter days when you have already built the perfect outfit only then to walk out and it is so much colder than you realized. You simply grab your cloak and throw it over the top, super cozy but subtle. It is a true outfit elevator but can also be used as a statement piece. We love how it turned out; such a simple way to get that designer look. See below:

Vintage Mesh Dress:

This is one of our more recent styles but I think its uniqueness speaks for itself; a tight fitting mesh dress but in this gorgeous vintage print. When we first saw this fabric we had this stunning vision for a vintage almost 18th century patterned dress but with a modern twist. We then decided to take this fabric and turn it into a sleek modern dress which perfectly blends the past with present in a truly elegant fashion. The piece just gives off that Italian designer look but at the same time in a subtle and not too over the top way.  We really love how the neutral colours look on the body and just think this piece flatters all shapes and sizes. See below:

The Dolman Sets:

We released 3 different coloured Dolman Sets in the winter and what we love about these is just how different all these fabrics are. The geometric shapes and bold colours made each one of these a stand out set. The style was also unique with the ever so slight puff detail at the elbow and the cuffed pants; it just fits in such a perfect way but puffing where it needs to and then elasticizing where it needs to. It worked so well with the bon bon fabric which can be so light and slinky but also stretchy; a great pairing for a puff tracksuit.
