At Wild Earth quality is one of the most important factors when it comes to producing clothing. This has always been true and we have always been renowned for having great quality. We have a full time and in-house quality controller; this brings with it a number of implications for agents.
The first of these implications is obviously a greater quality guarantee whenever you purchase from Wild Earth. Every single item that we send out will be subject to a full quality inspection and if any imperfections are discovered it will be rejected before it is dispatched. This is great for agents as you can take further pride in selling Wild Earth as you can be rest assured that the quality will be of the highest standard.
With this comes the unfortunate issue that it takes time to inspect every garment and as such we will occasionally have to delay dispatch if a style fails quality inspection. This was a well considered decision but from our side we would rather delay dispatch than send out a product that is not up to scratch. Please bear with us as this will be on the very rare occasion as we will likely only send out styles for ordering after they have been fully inspected.
We know that this sounds concerning but remember we mainly produce in-stock styles. Anyone who has been an agent for a while knows that this means we produce stock first and then advertise to agents after it is ready; in this way we can ensure any quality checks are done beforehand and thus when the style is advertised agents can immediately make payment and either collect or organize for delivery. This means much quicker turnaround for agents and any delivery dates given are much more accurate.

From an agent perspective in-stock styles should be a very welcome sight.
Quality control also means greater customer satisfaction, reduced return rates and reduced cancellation rates for agents. When styles are of the highest quality customers will be more satisfied with the products; this means greater loyalty to the brand and more return purchases. If all garments are of a high quality you can also be sure that there will be less returns for your business and you won’t be stuck with stock as a result. Finally with in-stock styles you will have less cancellations due to delays or long lead times; all in all resulting in more income and greater profitability for your businesses.
