What you need to know:
Order Quantity:
All our styles are only available for a limited time only. Minimum order quantities of 6 units per style; however any combination of sizes can be ordered. If a agent takes bulk of 12+ then they will receive a further 10% on bulk prices. It is important to gather orders before selecting which sizes so as to avoid being stuck with unwanted stock.
Delivery:
Wild Earth charges a R120 for doorstep delivery within Cape Town. We charge R150 for doorstep delivery to the rest of South Africa. Agents based in Cape Town can collect from our offices. Considering agents can only order a minimum of 6 units this works out to less than R30 per unit for countrywide doorstep delivery. PLEASE NOTE: In the event of particularly large orders or oversized garments such as coats we may have to charge more for delivery pro rata.
Where do we Produce:
Wild Earth is one of the few clothing brands that operate out of a Cape Town based clothing warehouse; this means we are able to source the best fabric before any of our competitors, every time. All garments are produced locally within Cape Town, South Africa.
How we Ensure Quality:
Wild Earth has an in-house quality controller who subjects every garment from every style to a full quality inspection. If any units fail quality inspection they are sent back to the factory to rectify. As such you can be sure anything we send out is up to a high quality standard.
How to order in bulk:
Agents can place bulk orders directly through Whatsapp once they have been approved as an agent and added to our broadcast groups. We do not sell on consignment so we will only dispatch an order when it has been paid for. Please note we do not hold stock and if invoices are not paid we reserve the right to sell the units.
The Process:
There are two ways to order in bulk from Wild Earth; either 'in stock' or 'leadtime'. In stock means we have pre-produced the styles so that we can dispatch immediately, however it is while stocks last. Leadtime on the other hand means we will open order books for a limited period, you can place your orders before books close and only then do we go into production. You only pay when the style is ready for delivery.

Offer to Agents
Stock is pre-produced and quality checked. Style is sent out ready for immediate dispatch. Registered agents can place orders for any sizes they want within a minimum bulk pack of 6. While stocks last.

Payment
Once we have confirmed stock availability we will send an invoice where agents must confirm sizes and proceed to payment. Agents must send proof of payment or wait for it to reflect in our account.

Delivery
Delivery will take place immediately after proof of payment has been received. Agents are welcome to collect WITHIN OPERATING HOURS.

Sourcing
We start by sourcing the highest quality fabric from the best local suppliers. Often times from the fabric warehouse in which we are based.
At this same time a design will be drawn up and a sample produced.

Shoots
The sample will then be used for studio and location shoots. This will allow us to take pictures of our upcoming styles to send out to our Whatsapp groups.

Offer to Agents
This is when the pictures are sent out on our Whatsapp groups with the prices and expected delivery details. Orders can be placed over the coming week or so until order books close. Reserve expected stock to avoid disappointment.

Production
Once order books have closed Wild Earth will go into production. The best local suppliers will be in charge of producing the garments to the Wild Earth standard. The production process can take between 3-4 weeks.

Payment
When we receive the style our in house quality controller will inspect every garment. Once it successfully passes a quality inspection we will send an invoice where agents must check the sizes are correct. Once they have confirmed sizes agents may proceed to payment.

Delivery will take place immediately after proof of payment has been received. Agents are welcome to collect WITHIN OPERATING HOURS.
